I enjoy helping individuals and families get everything in order for for their camp adventure. I think I enjoy the campers the most. I have known several

of them for years, and a few since I was a counselor in 1980. Many of them feel like family.

Echoing Hills has been my home for the past 39 years. I met Dan while working as a counselor and we married the next spring. We began our family here, and it is such a great place for children. Together we raised our four children and we were blessed with two grandchildren. We always felt like this is where God wanted us to be. And my part was to help Dan in any way I could so he could do what he felt called to do. And maybe that’s why I was a good fit for Camp Secretary position, I had come to know the campers and families so well and could have a part in helping them come to Camp. Both Dan and I loved it here so much, it’s where we began. It holds such a special place in my heart and I will be forever grateful for listening to God’s calling to come and serve in any way I could. And even though Dan is gone now, I feel his urge to keep going until God leads me elsewhere.
