The latest news from Echoing Hills

A Message form President and CEO, Tim Neville

To the people and families we support:

As many of you are aware, Governor Mike DeWine issued a stay-at-home order Sunday taking effect at 11:59 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2020 requiring all non-essential businesses to close until April 6 to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The order makes exceptions for essential human and health service organizations. Echoing Hills is an essential business and will continue working for you and your loved ones. For further information about the governor’s order, you can read the Ohio Department of Health’s Frequently Asked Questions.

All essential Echoing Hills team members are continuing to work to make sure there are no gaps or disruptions in care for you or your loved ones. The governor’s order permits direct support professionals to continue to travel in order to provide care. Home and facility-based staff will be allowed to continue working as well. Additionally, our adult service professionals are providing additional support in our community living programs which ensures we are and can continue to fully function without any interruptions.

Our number one priority is the safety and health of you and/or your loved ones and our team members. We are taking precautions to keep people healthy and safe. Surfaces are being sanitized numerous times a day, and staff are being checked for signs of illness. Additionally, anyone who can work from home has been asked to do so to decrease the chances of spreading the virus among those we serve – given many have a higher level of susceptibility.

We know this is an uncertain time, but we want to assure you that we are doing all that we can to do our part to combat the situation. We are praying for a hedge of protection over each one of you! Please feel free to contact me with any questions at info@ehvi.org, and thank you for your continued trust in Echoing Hills. #FaithStandFirm.

Sincerely,

Tim Neville
